Testimonials

Since the Spine Care and Rehabilitation Center was established in October 2001, we have been dedicated to providing a superior physical therapy service. The response, to date, has been very positive. Approximately 3,600 patients have received treatment and care for a variety of spinal conditions, musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, and rehabilitation of extremity injuries during the past 9 years.

In an effort to evaluate ourselves, patient satisfaction surveys have been completed with a 33% rate of return. I would like to share some of the results with you.

A key to successful outcomes, regardless of the problem, is properly educating each patient about their condition. Furthermore, each person must understand the importance of their role in the treatment program. Proudly, 100% of our respondents answered "yes" to the following questions:

  • Were evaluation and treatment procedures explained adequately
  • Were all of your questions answered to your satisfaction
  • Do you feel that our personnel spent adequate time with you
  • Were you given instructions/precautions regarding your condition

In addition, 100% responded "yes" when asked:

  • Were clinic hours convenient for you
  • Were you dealt with in a friendly and professional manner when scheduling your appointments
  • Did the staff present a positive attitude and friendly manner

The vast majority of our patients came to this clinic by the recommendation of their physician (61%) or a friend (22%).

According to these patients, 98% reported the change in their condition as "better", or as "good as new". Furthermore, the overall rating of the physical therapy experience at the Spine Care and Rehabilitation Center has been:

  • 96% say Very Good to Excellent

Literature suggests patient care that is provided by the same practitioner for their entire course of treatment is linked to high degrees of patient satisfaction*Beattie P, et al. Longitudinal Continuity of Care is Associated with High Patient Satisfaction with Physical Therapy. Physical Therapy. 2005;85: 1046-1052.. Our results reflect the benefit of treatment provided by a small, stable and committed staff.

Thank you for trusting us with your care.
